Two rings, made to orbit a lifetime together. ✨

This week I handed over a pair of wedding rings, two classic D-shaped bands, individually made for the couple, with their wedding date engraved inside.

Simple pieces, but often those are the ones that hold the most meaning.
2mm for her, 4mm for him.

Made to be worn every day, through all the moments still to come.

Not every jewellery remodel starts with a design.

It starts with a conversation.

About who it came from. What it’s held over the years. And what you want it to become now.

This piece began as jewellery that wasn’t being worn. But it still mattered. So instead of leaving it in a box, we reimagined it into something that could be worn every day.

Something that still holds the people connected to it. Just in a new way.

Old jewellery, given a second life.

Yesterday, it was melted down.
Today, it’s going through the rolling mill, reshaped, refined, and prepared for what comes next.

This is one of my favourite parts of the process.
Taking something that’s no longer worn, and slowly turning it into something that feels like you again.

Not everything should be melted, some pieces hold history that deserves to stay intact.

But when it’s right, this is where the transformation begins.
