Oh hey guys, I'm back from a lovely holiday with my family. We spent a beautiful week in Lanzarote and I then had the honour of being a bridesmaid for a close friend the day after we landed! Soooo... You may have noticed I put my shop into holiday mode. Those of you who have (or have had) an Etsy shop will know that Etsy DOES NOT like this. The one and only time I have used holiday mode was after my youngest was born and unexpectedly hospitalized. The Etsy algorithm was not a fan since then, when I did take a break with my family I extended my dispatch times instead of closing. But after nearly 4 years of not closing the shop, I decided I really needed to switch off... So that's what I did. And boy, was it necessary! It was lovely to be present with my family and not have to worry about the business for 10 full days. However, my feet are firmly back in England and I'm ready to start packing your orders again. Once the boys are back at school next week I have some new gift boxes to share with you and I'm praying that Etsy forgive me for taking a (proper) break 🤣😱🙏🏼
