🇬🇧 Sadly, a new law will make everything complicated for me and every other people willing to sell in Europe. I just got back my shop on Etsy (which was closed due to an error from Etsy themselves) and now I'll have to find a way to understand how every european country will handle the new PWWR law. And understand if I can still sell in those countries or not.
As always nothing is thought for little creators even if most of us do not earn enough to live from our labor. When I see that with Akiko I mostly sell abroad but little quantity in various countries... This is gonna changed everything. I will not be able to pay 20€ or more just to ship 1 or 2 order to a country and for some countries I would have to pay even if I end up not selling sometime.
If you're out of France and wanted to make an order, do it befor the 12th. I'll have to close my shop to most countries until I find out how and where I can still sell my work.
🇫🇷 Malheureusement, comme pour la majorité des vendeurs qui expédient en UE, une nouvelle loi va lourdement bloquer les expéditions dans 5 jours. Je venais à peine de récupérer ma boutique après plusieurs mois d'arrêts forcés par Etsy, qu'il va falloir éplucher les démarches administratives de tout les pays où je pourrais vendre pour déterminer si c'est une option viable pour moi ou non.
Comme toujours rien n'est pensé pour les petits créateurs qui dans la majorité des cas ne gagnent même pas un temps partiel. Et quand je vois qu'avec Akiko j'envoie une bonne partie de mes commandes à l'étranger dans des pays variés, il n'est pas envisageable de payer 20€ et plus de frais par pays où j'envoie souvent 1 ou 2 commandes par an...
Si vous souhaitez passer commande hors de France, c'est le dernier moment avant que je bloque tout mercredi en attendant d'eclaircir la situation.
