Our 6 pole Valhalla is up in Paris for We Love Green 2024 as our first festival of the season!
This year there are big names such as Burna Boy, SZA, Skepta and Chase & Status. You won’t be able to miss our Valhalla!

It's that time of year again! We have a few positions open for amazing new crew to join us for summer 2024 and beyond!

Life on kayam: we travel across the UK and Europe constructing large tensile structures for festivals and events (see our website www.kayam.com for a better idea of our structures). We travel in crews, and we stay on (or near) site for the duration of the event, so crews also have event access, and time off to enjoy it. We generally camp on site but sometimes we stay in hotels. We work (very) hard and we play hard. We pride ourselves on swinging sledge hammers like bosses and building huge structures mostly by hand. At the end of the year we top it all off with a massive party of our own to say thanks and celebrate the end of the season.

Most of our crew stay for 3 - 10+ seasons and we always welcome people gaining experience and working their way into management positions.

If you're made of tough stuff and you fancy a challenge, the opportunity to become part of the family, and a summer travelling Europe then why not drop an application. We have several start dates this summer so please make sure to let us know your availability.

⚒️ We are unable to accept live in vehicles on the road, but they can be stored at our basecamp in Oxford while you're away
⚒️ Wages start from £11.44 per working hour and go up to £15 per hour dependant on experience

The job is building big tops all across the UK and EU.
Applicants must have a passport and be available to start in June. Work will finish in late August - September so people must be available for the full stretch.
This is hard work, but it's also extremely fun, rewarding and a great opportunity to travel for free as part of a little family unit.
