Our annual collaboration is back! Exhibit your work in the LWMA window showcases—the public-facing gallery right outside the MJW headquarters at Lost Weekend. We’re inviting contemporary jewellery artists to transform and reimagine these windows as conceptual “Shops” for the 2026 festival.

What a ride this was!

Thankful to all those who generously spent time with us during this MJW 2026 exploration trip to Japan. Returning home very inspired and excited to share more about Japan’s incredible craft scene with you during next Munich Jewellery Week.

We are excited to work with Makiko Akiyama as a guest editor for the next edition of the MJW Paper. Thank you, Makiko for being generous with your time and expertise!

Special thanks to the amazing team and the students of Hiko Mizuno College of Jewellery – Mikiko Minewaki , Ryo Saito and Hiroshi Sako for showing us around this dream school!
