This is why you haven’t seen me around.

We’re having a baby boy in April 2023!

That means there will be some upcoming changes to the business soon.

Ordering for January, February, and March is open and limited. Message me earlier than later to order.

Subscription boxes will be put on hold until I come back from mat leave (tbd).

Local product based business owners - I’ll be posting cake boxes, bakery boxes/bags, and other goodies for sale as I work to clean out my office for the new baby.

Have you tried cracking your oven door yet?⁣
⁣
Half way through a bake, cracking the door for a solid 5 seconds can release some moisture and make those feet a bit higher! 🥳⁣
⁣
These 4 colours were baked one after the other. Based on drying time alone, you’d guess the feet would be higher on the mac that dried the longest.⁣

I call this one the sledgehammer - a chocolate covered Oreo stuffed macaron with twist buttercream on a fauncy pink popsicle stick. ⁣

I’m so friggin proud of how these mac boxes turned out. Some of the flavours were outside my comfort zone and I ended up being so happy with how each one tasted. ⁣
⁣
I recently got to try out Christina’s () hybrid buttercream recipe and I’m obsessed! It’s a combo of American and Swiss meringue buttercream - smooth, buttery, and the perfect amount of sweetness. I’ve officially made the switch!⁣
