Born in Israel and raised in Colombia, Shawna is now finishing her Bachelors degree in Jewellery Design at OCAD University. Shawna's expertise in transforming meaning into jewellery, alongside her skills in goldsmithing, has allowed her to create unique jewellery that has a deep story. From her intricate one of a kind work to her handcrafted production pieces, much of Shawna's work represents the

transformation of experiences of everyday life into tangible art forms. Her work has been exhibited at the One of a Kind Show and sold in galleries such as the Gladstone Hotel, House Gallery 105 as well as The Devils Workshop. Shawna was also awarded the Harbourfront summer residency in 2011 and received a scholarship from OCAD to attend the 2011 SNAG conference in Seattle. She is also looking forward to her summer where she will be selling her work at both the Toronto Outdoor Art Exhibition in Toronto as well as in the Harmony Arts festival in Vancouver.

A sapphire from her mother’s ring, reimagined for a new chapter.

Worn for years and full of history, the stone was resurfaced to restore its brilliance and bring it back to life.

We redesigned the piece around it, adding new diamonds for a cleaner, more modern balance, something that finally felt like her.

Set in 14k white gold. Designed entirely from scratch.

Past and present, held in perfect balance.

A legacy preserved. A future she can actually live in.

Old diamonds, new energy ✨

Our client had a necklace she loved but it no longer felt like her (and had a design issue we were able to resolve in the new piece).

We reimagined her original diamonds into a new necklace that’s effortless, wearable, and truly her.

International Women’s Day always makes me pause and think about the incredible women around me.

Women who build businesses, create beautiful things, lead with strength, and show up every day with resilience and heart.

Here are just a few who inspire me:

A well-loved engagement ring, reimagined.

This custom engagement ring began with a sapphire that had seen some love and well worn, chipped and ready for a resurface, Rather than replacing it, we chose to honour it. The original sapphire was carefully removed from the setting and re-cut to restore its natural lustre, then paired with two teal blue sapphires to add depth, balance, and quiet colour.

From the first design sketch to CAD, to wax modelling and final stone setting, every stage of this bespoke jewellery redesign was guided by one question: how will this ring be worn every day?

The finished piece is a three-stone sapphire engagement ring with a bezel setting, designed for durability, comfort, and a modern lifestyle, without compromising beauty.

Custom fine jewellery is a process. This carousel shows just a glimpse of the craftsmanship behind a truly personal redesign.

Our most recent re-design and one we loved bringing to life.
Our client adored her original ring, but it was ready for an upgrade.

So we honoured what mattered most.

Every single diamond from her original engagement ring and wedding band was reused and re-imagined into one statement piece that feels bold, timeless, and deeply personal.

Natural diamonds throughout.
Hand-applied milligrain detailing, those tiny beads that catch the light beautifully.
Warm yellow gold for that soft vintage glow.
Floral elements as a nod to the original design she fell in love with.
