Did you know… there is a reason my bracelets are made a specific way?

They can be used as a mini meditation bracelet as well. You can choose the healing stones you like or need and also use the bracelet as a stress reliever.

You take a breath for each bead in a sequence. You can close your eyes and you will know when you have finished your mini meditation because the bead at the end of a sequence feels different. It could be a different size or shape.

Are you like me? I cannot concentrate on breathing when I have to count. Do you think you might find this useful.

Secret messages are fun! There are a few bracelets available with a secret message in Morse code. You can also contact me for your own version request. All these can be found at The Commons Makers Co-Op in the Timmins Square Shopping Centre in Timmins Ontario.

Making rings and other pieces of jewellery with silverware is a way to preserve some of the history. Most are works of art and should be admired not sent for melt or to a landfill. I love being able to make a ring or pendant that reminds people of the special times shared with family when the silverware was used. It’s about the people around the table. I’m getting back in the swing of things after our hiatus. These bracelets are consciously constructed for beauty and healing properties. Each bracelet has a set number of stones with something different you can feel with your fingers. This means you can breathe without counting. You will know when you have reached then end of your mini meditation by feel. These and many more will be available at the Commons Co-Op store in the Timmins Square Shopping Centre
