Want to have Friday suppers pre-planned? How about peanut butter and jam sandwiches? Yes, I'm serious!!! Since kids can't take peanut butter to school anymore, it's become a novetly!!! And yes, we have these at my house almost every Friday for supper - but I 'delegate' cooking to the kids. ;)

Part of our challenge these days is that we get so much information it can be hard to narrow down what we really want and then take action on it!
