One keychain at a time… 🥟🖤
Today, while stitching and stuffing these life-sized ravioli (yes, Emotional Support Ravioli are a thing around here 😂), I did a little math.
What if I could sell just 4 pairs of earrings or keychains a day?
Not 400. Not thousands of followers. Not a warehouse full of inventory or a team of people helping me keep up.
Just FOUR.
At an average of $15 each, that’s $60 a day. And suddenly, my little daydream of making enough to contribute meaningfully to our household while staying home, caring for my house, being available for my children, and doing something I genuinely enjoy doesn’t feel quite so ridiculous.
Now, before anyone hands me a calculator and reminds me that supplies, fees and taxes exist… I KNOW. 🤭 This is a daydream, not a business plan.
But after taking a step back and giving myself room to breathe, it felt good to remember WHY I started making things in the first place.
I love creating. I love the little details. I love turning scraps and random ideas into something someone else might love, too.
And maybe, just maybe, there’s room for that little dream to grow at a pace that doesn’t cost me my peace.
So, for now? I’ll keep stitching. Keep stuffing. Keep showing up when I can.
