I fantasize about going to art school full time. Until that happens, I am thrilled to be able to attend affordable and wonderful workshops to help refine my work. Grateful to the AHA for bringing in Mark Zimmerl for a day of play. Really fabulous. Here are the pieces I made which I am quite happy with.

My kiddo gifted me an early Mother’s Day gift. A huge haul of paint found at the thrift store! Does anybody else get a little giddy about new paint supplies?! I have a gel printing workshop coming up on May 30th in Les Coteaux. Click on the link below to register. This is such a fun and versatile medium that is a great addition to any mixed media project. Or for the simple pleasure of creative exploration, expression and play. If you are new to gel printing and want to see a live demo, come and see me this coming Saturday at the AHA spring exhibition where I will have a table set up to demo different techniques.
