Shortly after the covid pandemic I found myself turning to natural remedies and nature. I felt the need to heal and protect myself from anything and everything. I purchased a few stretch string gemstone bracelets and was greatly saddened when they would break. So as a crafter I decided to make a heartier bracelet that wouldn't break or be as fragile. Hence knotted gems was born.

Picked up this WIP this evening…haven’t knotted in forever… I think I know what helped bring about my mood 🪟 …those who know, know. Can’t wait to spend the day relaxing and knotting tomorrow. The sun will be shining and I’ll be able to cool off in the pool. I wonder what I should create…?

Perhaps we just need to focus on the fox and tweak it to our liking….

Here is the beautiful sodalite stone for it. The shape of the stone…it could be the nose.

We’ve gone thru a heatwave for the past few days with high temperatures and the humidity reaching the high 30’s - low 40’s.

I really don’t like hearing “is it hot enough for you?” as I am a courier and work outdoors…
Not to mention the back of that brown metal truck gets pretty toasty sitting in the hot sun all day…

So to cool down I sweat. We all do. I also use cooling towels whenever possible. What are some other tricks to help you cool down?
