Ever notice how the things that take the longest to make are the ones people think happened in 10 minutes? 😂

Every pair of earrings I create is stitched one teeny tiny bead at a time. Sometimes I look at the finished piece and think, "Yep... worth every minute."

Some people unwind by watching TV.
I unwind by convincing myself, "I'll just add a few more beads..." ...and suddenly it's way past bedtime. 😂

The best part is watching hundreds of tiny beads slowly turn into something you can actually wear. It's oddly relaxing (most of the time 😅).

Before you start a new project, pour out only the beads you need for that session—not the whole tube.

If you accidentally bump your bead mat (and we've all done it 😅), you'll save yourself a lot of sorting and bead hunting.

I'm not saying coffee is part of my beadwork supplies... but without it, the beads suddenly become invisible, the thread develops an attitude, and I forget why I walked into the craft room. 😂

Today's plan: ☕ Drink coffee. 🪡 Try not to spill beads. ☕ Drink more coffee. ✨ Pretend this was the plan all along.
