I really appreciate everyone’s patience while we moved into a new home. This little weathered cabin is one of the many reasons why we fell in love with this property. It may look rough right now but it is full of possibility and history. These cabins were known as bridal cabins and were used as starter homes for newlyweds in Cumberland’s early mining days. Once the main house was built, the cabin was typically rented to miners. This will eventually become my studio and I cannot wait to bring it back to life.
