CEO and Founder Jessica Herrin launched our company in her living room in Austin, Texas, with a simple mission: to help women be their own boss, on their own terms. Chief Creative Officer Blythe Harris joined in 2007 and we renamed the company Stella & Dot, after our grand

mothers. Since then, we’ve grown by leaps and bounds, creating thousands of flexible jobs, attracting major media attention, and expanding globally. Now a family of brands—with the addition of KEEP Collective and EVER—Stella & Dot is bigger and bolder than ever.
