How it started
The picture: back in mid-2017 we found ourselves wanting to try something new for us: roasting some chickpeas. We ended up serving it to some friends at a diner table and it was a blast! These crunchy little beans were such a delight that we decided to take it a step further! After discovering that it was a local thing in North Africa and in Turkey, we were absolutely convinced that there was something to try out back in Brussels (and further).
