আমাদের সাথে সবসময় যুক্ত থেকে আমাদের উৎসাহিত করে রাখার জন্য অনেক ধন্যবাদ এবং ভালোবাসা।

অনেকেই আমাদের অর্ডার করার নিয়ম জানেন না এখনও। তাদের জন্য আর একবার-
১। প্রথমে আপনার যে পণ্য পছন্দ সেই ছবি কপি করে আমাদের ইনবক্স এ দিতে পারেন বা পেজ এর লিঙ্ক টা দিতে পারেন।
২। আপনার পছন্দের পণ্য আমাদের স্টক এ থাকলে আমরা সাথে সাথেই জানিয়ে দিব।
৩। এরপর আপনাকে পণ্য এবং আমাদের ডেলিভারি চার্জ ( সারাদেশের যেকোনো জায়গায় সর্বনিম্ন ১০০ টাকা ডেলিভারি চারজ/কুরিয়ার চার্জ) সহ মোট কত টাকা হয় জানিয়ে দেয়া হবে।
৪। আপনি আমাদের বিকাশ নাম্বার এ (01944706699, 01912085279) টাকাটা পাঠিয়ে আমাদের একটা টেক্সট এ জানিয়ে দিলে আমরা সাথে সাথে আপনার অর্ডার কনফার্ম ধরে নিয়ে আপনার পণ্য প্যাক করে পাঠিয়ে দিব।
***ঢাকার ভেতরে আমরা ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারির মাধ্যমে পণ্য পাঠিয়ে থাকি।

৫। ঢাকার ভেতরে হলে অর্ডার কনফার্ম করার পর থেকে ৩কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে বা ঢাকার বাইরে হলে বিকাশ এ আমরা টাকা পাওয়ার পর থেকে ৩ দিনের মধ্যে (৩ করমদিবস) আপনার পণ্য আপনার দেয়া ঠিকানায় পৌঁছে যাবে।

৬।আমরা বিশ্বের অন্যান্য দেশেও আমাদের পণ্য পাঠিয়ে থাকি। সেক্ষেত্রে আমাদের ব্যাংক একাউন্টের মাধ্যমে আপনারা পণ্যের মূল্য পরিশোধ করতে পারেন কিংবা Paypal বা এদেশে প্রচলিত অন্য যেকোন পদ্ধতি ব্যবহার করতে পারেন।
*** ঠিকানা তে যা দেবেন- আপনার পুরো নাম, পোস্টাল এড্রেস, ফোন নাম্বার । (ঠিকানা ভুল দিলে বা পরিপূর্ণ না হলে আপনার কাছে কুরিয়ার নাও পৌঁছাতে পারে। তাই সেটা খেয়াল করা জরুরি)
