Sometimes mistakes can happen, last week I caught myself making two mistakes that would have affected my customers on the receiving end, thinking of it made me feel horrible.

Whilst they weren't big mistakes and I'm incredibly lucky I caught myself before sending them in the mail or organising the final results. I put myslef into a little shock. I realised late last night my poor little brain in juggling ALOT, 99% of it I'm handling.

Please remember there is alot that you won't see behind the scenes of my small handmade business, from not only making the physical artistic wearable art but also the never ending finance spreadsheets the diary entries, email marketing, the photography, videos, weekend market days, events and workshops.
Then there's the fun special custom requests, direct message orders,website orders, restocking and lots of back and forth unpaid communication to make sure I have things correct. 😊

I'm also maintaining or trying to maintain a more than average family with my beautiful amazing husband. Our oldest daughter for those that don't know us has a minor intellectual and physical disabilities that require alot more mental and physical load and it can be hardwork, stressful and exhausting. I also have my own physical limitations too (story for antoher day).

If I ever make a mistake please remember that it wasn't my intention and I'm incredibly sorry, mega guilt sets in!
Please remember that I'm also a Mum and juggling alot of hats outside of my small artistic business and that like yourself I too am human. Please contact myself (kindly) and let me, so that I can help to fix my mistakes as soon as possible.
