14K plated Gold, and for a more affordable option, Stainless Steel and Brass. The charms I use are no exception to my quality standards, these include (but are not limited to) Swarovski Crystals, Freshwater pearls and Sterling Silver Hearts. All my chains are either Sterling Silver or Stainless Steel depending on your purchase. The 1mm 20' chains are extremely delicate and can be broken if not handled with care. For this reason most of my silver chains are larger then 1.5mm. Because all necklaces are handmade no two pieces are identical nor are they perfectly alined. For this reason there are no exchanges or refunds. Please double check your messages that you would liked stamped as what you send is what will be written. All parcels are sent via regular Australian Post and for those that live in Sydney they pay just $2.50, $7 registered post or $10 express post. Depending on Stock items may take up to 6 weeks to delivery. However if they are in stock they will be delivered within 3 weeks. It is highly recommend that parcels be insured, as we do not replace any parcels that do not arrive through regular post (Although that has never happened).
