We’re insanely excited to finally share this.

We commissioned the very talented Rachael Hammond to bring this poster to life, and after a lot of work behind the scenes, it’s landed exactly where we hoped it would.

Huge thanks to Rachael for the time, effort and skill she’s put into it — it shows.

Diamonds, diamonds, and more diamonds.
It’s been a busy week of Diamond Python call-outs, including two females found coiled up on eggs. Once the owners knew what they were looking at, they were happy to leave mum and her clutch exactly where she’d chosen to be.

We’ll be kept in the loop as the eggs start to hatch, and if needed we’ll relocate everyone to a more suitable location then.

Other highlights have included a monster female measuring about 2.3 metres from Turramurra, along with some absolutely stunning animals from Kenthurst and Allambie Heights.

Hard to beat a job where this counts as a good week at work.

🐍 Unexpected bathroom visitor! 🐍

We were called out to a home in Wahroonga to remove a Red-bellied Black Snake from a bathroom.

Even more surprising, we located him inside a drawer 😳.

The snake was safely removed and relocated with no harm to the snake or residents. A great reminder to keep calm and call the professionals if you ever find yourself in a similar situation.

Today we were called to a nursing home in North St Marys where staff had quite the surprise waiting in their reception area — a spotted python from Queensland! Definitely not what we expected to find in NSW.

Because this species isn’t native to our state, we report the species to the authorities so the snake can be safely collected and passed on to a wildlife care group for rehoming.

A big thank you to the staff for staying calm and calling for help. Always happy to assist in keeping both people and wildlife safe! 🐍💚
