All cakes are custom made to order to a professional standard and are priced accordingly. Only quality fresh ingredients go into the baked cakes. All fondant cakes are covered and filled with chocolate ganache unless requested otherwise and are displayed on a fondant covered board for a professional finish. They are also packaged up for your convenience. The pricing reflects the quality of my products, skills and experience and I stand behind them 100%

This year I entered 2 cakes into the Hawkesbury Show for the first time. Something I'd considered for years but never did. My expectations were "to just do what I do and see what happens". Anyway, I am beyond proud of what I have achived but at the same time feel a little imposter syndrome, because stuff like this happens to other people, not me.
