It feels like I'm coming out of creative hibernation!
Well.... definitely for the month of May!

I'm popping up at for the next 2 weekends.
(They'll got some cool things going on for Mother's Day!)

Then, like all the years before, I'm heading up to Gidgegannup for a fun day out! I'm in the Honey Festival section, but there is so much to do! Animals, horses, food, activities. ....

Polymer Week
The final day, the final masterclass, was a series of new skills for me as we created a hollow pendant.

My poor little brain was exploding with possibilities!
And at this point, I'd had the knowledge of my own years plus the 2 recent sculpting classes, so....🤯🤯🤯🤯

creates such amazingness and I'm keen to finish off my pieces to see the results.

Polymer Week 2024
The sculpting continued!
This time, with Dorothée Vantorre . Her dream creatures - divine!

As with all of the projects, the mini sculptor in me challenged myself to create a - relatively! - tiny version of the project at hand.

They were still waaay bigger than I sculpt usually, but the details were super tiny, so I was very okay to stick to this size.

And this tiny...I was up against the end of day clock!
I videoed the whole process - 42min and 17 seconds. And that was a quick and dirty sculpt. Wee bit intense.
