There, that's a much better way to honour a memory!!! No longer a loose pearl rattling around in the back of a drawer, Grandmother's pearl is now in her rightful place, nestled securely in gold, adorned with diamonds and ready to be worn with pride. Thanks to my lovely client for entrusting me with this precious jewel.

This fully hand fabricated 18ct gold, platinum and diamond bridal set is now made to last generations. I used the gold from the original rings for the shanks of the new rings and made new, platinum settings for her diamonds. I also sourced two new, matching diamonds to replace the ones that had been lost from the original channel set wedder.
Making the change to claw settings and platinum has completely transformed the look of this set, lifting the wedder out of the background and making it a star of the show.

I had fun getting creative with designs to change this baroque pearl from a ring into a pendant. It carries precious memories, but my client would not have worn it in its original setting. Now she can wear it and enjoy it, hanging on a chain that she also inherited from her mother.

I removed this beloved agate from its original, base metal ring and used my clients 18ct gold to make it a new setting, in a similar design to the ring she fell in love with, that will last her a lifetime of wear!

The ring was bought as a momento while on holiday in Italy, and while she absolutely loves the stone, the ring original ring was never made to last. This one is, and Lisa can now wear the stone that carries those memories every day with confidence in the knowledge it is safe on her hand.
