In which Emma makes, writes, and acts silly. My name is Emma, and I MADE A THING is the name of my crafty little business.

It is a little bit old-fashioned, a little bit quirky, a little bit adorable, and a whole lot silly. I like to take old things and give them a new purpose. I make bow ties from vintage neckties, origami jewellery from falling-apart old books, brooches from puzzle pieces, bunting from old doilies, brooches with pictures from children's books, adorable mini bunting made from felt, zines, postcards,

artworks... The list goes on. I have recently branched out into t-shirt design. You can find my first creation (and the official mascot of I MADE A THING) in my Redbubble store (link is in the doobly-doo below).
