For Health & Safety reasons, we do not offer refunds once the jewellery is sold. Pick up is available only with booked appointments.

Ethnic and fashion items, including American diamond, Kundan, oxidised and bridal jewellery, as well as ethnic clothing such as ready-to-wear sarees, Anarkali sets and decorative hair accessories, offering a mix of traditional and contemporary styles. Message us and we can arrange a time for the inspection and pick up of your order. For delivery, there is an additional cost to ship your product. T

he shipping fee for the normal post is $8 and the express post is $11. The normal postage usually takes 3-5 business days and expresses postage 1-2 business days. We use AU post to ship the orders, all the terms and conditions will be as per the AU Post regarding your shipped orders. For orders received before 1 PM on a business day, we ship the products on the same day and orders received after 1PM or on weekends/public holidays will be shipped on the following business day.
