The way I carry + hold myself since I started weightlifting is COMPLETELY different now. From actually fuelling myself adequately, to the effort I put into my appearance. My self care was ZERO. I looked like a mess everyday. I didn’t know it at the time but I wasn’t proud of myself or my self expression in my day to day life. Don’t get me wrong I knew how to dress up nice for events and going out, but I took NO pride in my day to day life.
Pushing myself HARD and watching my physique change, my strength and confidence increasing let alone all the health benefits. I’m proud of what I’ve achieved and I have no shame in wanting to share it.
I am so proud of the things I can do and the woman I am; to wake up everyday feeling like “THAT BITCH” is such a gift lmao. And I’m honestly fu***ng fired up to help other people experience this feeling for themselves.

Current season Katie Flinn; confident, strong, hungry for life, but fuelled well ❤️
just a quick flex - 2 chin up reps as a 65kg gal with 15kgs added weight 💅🏼💅🏼💅🏼
Oh katieeeeeee. Ya big mess. I have so much love this version of Katie; she was going through it. In also allowed to call myself a mess 😂😂 I did not give a f**k about how I looked, whatsoever (if you can’t tell lmao)
The biggest difference I notice honestly the life in my eyes.
Just quickly, If anyone’s ever experienced “cuteness agression” (where you see something so cute you just wanna squeeze it/crush it) that’s what lifting heavy weights feels like to me; letting out energy that wants to be used lol!
These “before” pics photos aren’t to shame myself - I honestly look great. But…the way I’m standing, holding myself, I can f
