Terms and Conditions Returns Policy: If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we are more than happy to exchange it for you providing it is within 14 days of receiving your order. (extra charges may occur due to shipping) This excludes any special orders; i.e. commission works. If for some reason there is a genuine fault with the product we will "No questions asked" replace it at no charge. If however there is damage to the product due to the postage this must be taken up with the post office at your end. We are more than happy to help out where we can from our end. Customs: Should you make a purchase from overseas please be aware you may be charged import duties and taxes from your end. This is nothing to do with us, but will depend on your countries import laws. We suggest you check with Customs in your country if you have any concerns. Feedback: We welcome all feedback. Out of Stocks: Should we be out of stock of an item that you have ordered we will notify you and inform you of the estimated time it is due back in stock. You can either wait for the item to become available or you might like to choose another item. We reserve the right to alter prices as required.
