I’m not really a “ladies only, men suck” kind of person... but this event did show just how capable, driven, and inspiring women actually are.

Last week I had a couple of the best days attending the Tasmanian Women in Business Conference in Devonport (by North Marketing Tasmania). Man oh man… I was surrounded by some really incredible and powerful women.

Yes, the speakers were unreal, but so were the conversations that had!!!

I went along wearing both my S. Group hat and my own business hat, and one thing that stuck with me was how strongly encouraged I was to stop treating my own business like a "little side hustle"...

There were maaaannny takeaways from both an S. Group/full-time job perspective, but also for my own brand and future too... So I am keen to see how this pans out 😅🤷‍♀️

Huge thanks to everyone involved in the event, and especially to those who shared your words of wisdom over a (or 4) glasses of wine… You know who you are 🍷
