I love the wonder of the story behind an item who was the person who loved this before us? Was it a gift full of love or heartfelt thanks? Engaging the children in the story of these repurposed items will encourage them to connect with the resource; this will bring a shared respect and broaden their understanding of the world they live in. What better way to breathe new life into an item, by being

part of the next generation’s play, to spark their curiosity and open up their minds to a world of creativity, imagination and diversity. My hope is that these resources connect your service, families and children to build relationships with the past and become part of embedding sustainability for the future.

Was a busy weekend for Bella Vintage Resources Friday we attended a fund-raiser at Sea monkeys acai cafe for Bonnie Mae and Saturday we attended the Community Bank Hervey Bay Community Showcase. Feeling grateful for the opportunity to connect with the local community, share my set ups with the families and what my businesses philosophy is. Which is connecting children with nature through the use of natural resources and being sustainable by using pre loved resources and upcycling were possible. I look forward to connecting with some of the families I met at River Heads for play sessions and home schooling sessions. Follow this page for updates on days and times of sessions.

It’s going to be such an exciting night filled with fun, music, awareness and community support. 🎶

Please keep in mind it will be BUSY inside, especially with the DJ bringing the vibes all night long. We appreciate everyone’s patience and support as we come together to raise awareness for such an important cause. 💛

Thank you to all the beautiful families that attended Wildflowers Sustainable nature based play session today. So much fun and learning was happening under the trees in the sunshine 🌞
🌸Creating nature bracelets, 🪼Exploring the ocean sensory tray
🍊Picking, cutting and juicing oranges
🎨Painting as we spun the lazy susan, we made awesome patterns
🍝Discovered how to use the pasta maker with playdough
And so much more 🌻
