Katrina Weber Jewellery Contemporary jewellery designed and made by South Australian Katrina Weber Katrina holds a Bachelor of Visual Arts and Applied Design (Major in Jewellery).

Katrina Weber’s jewellery explores primary geometric shapes whilst experimenting with the inherent natural qualities and potentialities of precious metals such as variations in surface textures and contrasts. The beautifully handcrafted links of Katrina’s contemporary jewellery play with the delightful repetition of shapes and the connectivity of chain-making techniques to create moving forms that

work naturally with the body. Upon completing this degree she undertook a six-month mentorship at Adelaide’s renowned Gray Street Workshop. Alongside her jewellery practice, Katrina pursues her love of craft by designing and making products for her handmade accessories label Kitty Came Home.

My domed circle stud earrings sitting on a bed of dried flowers. 🥀

I collected the flowers and hung upside down for what seemed like forever with no idea of how I was going to use them.

Made from slices of a hexagonal brass rod that I found amongst some second hand tools at the Goolwa Wharf markets many years ago.

Sterling silver earring wires and an oxidised finish. 👩‍🏭
