✨ The first crystal I’ve drilled since losing Sam…
He was always the one who did this part for me. I tried a few times before, but it never felt right… until today.
Today I nailed it.
Clean. Strong. Steady.
And I just stood there for a moment like… wow.
I actually did that. On my own.
This journey has asked me to learn things I never thought I could.
To stand in spaces that used to be his.
To keep creating, even through the ache of missing him.
Grief and pride can exist in the same breath.
Loss and growth can walk side by side.
And today… I felt both 🤍

These two gorgeous sea eagles flying above and around us while the girls splashed in the lake today after my art therapy workshop with . Sitting with my feet in the grass and the sun on my face was exactly what I needed a good deep grounding and coming into self.

Some seasons ask us to create just to survive 🤍🌙
The heaviness of life without Sam has been sitting high lately — swelling with the full moon in Leo, the passing of my cycle, the closing of the Snake year, and the possibility of the bus moving on. All of it weaving together into a deep ache that lives in my bones.
The only thing that’s been able to quiet my mind is creating.
So I’ve been making every night — pouring it all into new pieces, new energy, new display racks — ready to take with me to over the next few days.
Creation as medicine.
Hands busy. Heart open.
One breath, one piece, one moment at a time.

A Brahminy kite feather is more than just a feather — it’s a message. A sign of wisdom, protection, and the unseen guidance that walks beside us.
In many traditions, it carries the energy of Garuda, the divine bird, symbolising rebirth, clarity, and the courage to rise above what no longer aligns.

Yesterday, after a conversation with someone I truly thought was a friend… I left feeling unsettled, misunderstood, and a little disappointed.
But the universe has a way of speaking louder than people ever can.

When I arrived home, this Brahminy kite feather was literally sticking straight out of the ground, waiting for me. Calling me.
Standing tall, gleaming in the sunlight — proud, powerful, unmissable.

A reminder from the universe that:
✨ I am guided
✨ I am protected
✨ And the path ahead is mine

A beautiful gift, delivered exactly when I needed it.

✨ She looked back at her old life one last time… inhaled deeply… and whispered:
“It is time. I am ready for my new story to begin.”

But the truth is… I don’t feel ready.
How could I, when half of me is missing?
When the life I knew ended, and I’m still learning how to breathe inside a world that feels so different, so loud, so lonely.

Yet here I am — still standing, still loving, still raising my babies with everything I have left.
There’s nowhere to go but forward…
So I take the step.
One shaky, sacred step into a new chapter I never asked for — but somehow, I will learn to grow inside it.

Because even in grief, the soul keeps whispering:
“You’re still here. Keep going.”
