While Lara has been busy starting her PhD, Risa has been doing an amazing job and making earrings at super speed. So if you are in the area please check the stall out at the Japanese Festival to see both our usual earrings and something a little different! 🎉🎈🎐🎋🎊🎏🎇🎆✨

I thought I should properly introduce myself to everyone who follows my little handmade business! I'm Lara and I'm a marine biologist who loves having a creative outlet which also helps me to pay my bills while I research dolphins and whales! I love spending time on and by the water; my favourite days are the field days and they always guarantees a happy (if tired) Lara! But this doesn't always mean sunshine and cetaceans. Some days are wet, windy and cold, and the dolphins and whales don't always play ball. But these days days are far outweighed by the amazing encounters I get to experience; mums and bubs coming up and checking us out, large groups of shy Australian humpback dolphins playing and socialising, and even simply the windless days where the sun is bright and the sea is flat. I love all my jobs, and I'm so glad I can get to share this, and the awesome origami I love, with you all!
