Luxury should never make life more complicated.
At Nick Ireland, we are continually refining the way we work to create an experience in which two things remain at the centre of our attention: our client and the piece we are creating for them.
For us, a bespoke commission should feel personal, considered and remarkably straightforward.
This emerald ring, created for Eleanor, is a beautiful example. From sourcing the stones and sharing their arrival at our Brisbane studio, to discussing design references, proportions and the final concept, each stage was communicated directly with her through Instagram.
Clear and thoughtful communication is an essential part of our process. Whether a client is sitting with us in our studio or commissioning a piece from a distance, we want them to understand what we are creating and to feel informed, secure and confident in every decision along the way.
Technology may have changed the way these conversations happen. The personal attention behind them has not.
Because commissioning an important piece of jewellery should feel exciting, not complicated.
