~ Our Jewellery ~

The Crystal Griffin designs personalised sterling silver and goldfill jewellery. Each piece is hand stamped and assembled and not mass produced by machine in factories, what some people may consider irregularities or imperfections, are infact just part of the char

m, character and individuality of each and every piece. Variations in what you receieve and what you see on our website/page are completely normal. Although by our customer reviews, our lovely photos do not do our pieces justice. No machinery is used, so if perfection is what you're after, this is absolutely not the place to get it!

~ Returns, Exchanges and Refunds ~

We do not accept returns, & exchanges are at our discression. Refunds will only be given if a mistake has been made by us, but we will first endevour to rectify the situation with you. As we have not made a mistake, & explained to you that we will offer to fix it, we can not offer a refund. The lettering is within what we consider normal, so a replacement will come at a cost. However this may occur again as these items are not stamped with a mchine, but by hand.
