This zesty beer was released in January and immediately I knew the shot I wanted, just had to wait until blood orange season in October to make it happen. I’d say it was worth the wait.

Having worked behind the scenes in Bathurst for many years, she’s now gone out on her own to bring us a modern Japanese cafe.
Hidden away on Bentinck Street it’s currently one of Bathurst’s secret gems, but from the increasingly long lines it looks like word is getting out.
Matcha and white choc brownie is perfect east-meets-west fusion, especially when paired with a black sesame latte- highly recommend.
