🙏 A Gentle Reminder to All Our Miners & Valued Clients 🙏
First of all, thank you to everyone who continuously supports our small business. We are truly grateful and blessed. ❤️
Before the Eid holiday, we dispatched more than 80 parcels. Despite some courier delays due to the holiday season, only 3 parcels were returned because the buyers cancelled or did not receive their orders.
We are not posting this to shame anyone or call anyone a bogus buyer. This is simply an awareness post and a humble reminder to please be responsible when mining or placing an order.
If you know that you need an item urgently, please let us know before shipping so we can advise you properly. Once an item is shipped, processing and courier charges are already charged to us whether the parcel is accepted or returned.
Please understand that behind every parcel is a hardworking team. Our admins spend long hours preparing your orders, sometimes staying awake until 4:00 AM just to pack, verify, and dispatch items on time.
We kindly ask everyone: Please mine responsibly. Don’t mine or order based only on emotions or impulse. Make sure you are committed before confirming your order.
As a Christian business owner, I choose gratitude over complaints. I am still thankful because out of 80+ parcels, only 3 were returned. God has been faithful, and we continue to trust Him in all things. 🙏❤️
